High Precision Achromatic Waveplate

Achromatic Waveplates(Retarders), AWP is composed of one piece of Crystal Quartz and one piece of Magnesium Fluoride, MgF2. Unlike standard waveplates, AWP provide a constant phase shift independent of the wavelength of light that is used. The Retardation tolerance of our AWPs is better than λ/100 over the entire wavelength range. The flat response of an AWP is ideal for use with tunable lasers, multiple laser-line systems and other broad spectrum sources.

Plaon-concave cylindrical lenses are used to provide focusing power in one section only, For illumination or detection of light from line sources. Also used for anamorphic compression of beams and images. 1. Ideal for Applications Requiring Magnification in One Dimension 2. Used to Transform a Collimated Beam into a Line 3. Rectangular and Circular 1

  • Colored Glass Filters Neutral Colored Glass Filters

Neutral Colored Glass Filters are named based on the average transmissivity characteristics in 400nm to 700nm wavelength with 2mm thick For example ZAB70 means 70%.

  • Optical Schmidt Prisms BK7 and Fused Silica Glass Schmidt Prisms

Schmidt Prisms Schmidt prisms are used to invert and revert an image to angle of 45°. The 45° deviation makes Schmidt prisms useful in eyepiece assemblies and imaging systems requiring a path bend. 1. Ray Deviation of 45° 2. Right Handed Image 3. Combine with Half-Penta Prism to Create Pechan Prism

  • ZnS Windows IR Windows Zinc Sulfide ZnS Windows

ZnS is used widely for IR components, windows and lenses, and applied for Thermal Imaging, long-wave infrared sensors.

  • Optical Plano-Concave Lenses Optical Glass Plano-Concave Lenses

Plano-Concave Lenses have a negative focal length and is typically used to cause a collimated beam to diverge as in a Galilean type beam expander or Telescope. 1. Beam expansion 2. Light projection 3. Expanding an optical system’s focal length

  • Optical Plano-Convex Lenses Optical Glass Plano-Convex Lenses

Plano-Convex Lenses is best used where one conjugate point (object distance S or image distance S' ) is more than five times the other. This lens shape is near best-form for either focusing collimated light or for collimating a point source.
