A Corner Cube Prism, also called Retroreflector, has three mutually perpendicular surfaces and a hypotenuse face. Light entering through the hypotenuse face is reflected in turn by each of the three surfaces and emerges parallel to the incident beam, regardless of the beam's orientation. For its unique property, it is widely used in distance measurement, optical signal processing, and laser applications.
