Optical High Precision Rhomboid Prisms

Product Overview: Rhomboid prisms are typically made of BK7 or fused silica. They displace a light beam laterally without changing its direction, and with suitable coatings they can also support beam splitting and polarization separation.

Rhomboid prisms have two main applications:
1. Displacing a laser beam without changing its direction.
2. In imaging systems, displacing the optical axis without inverting the image.
